Canadian pro-life group endorses WeNeedaLAW.ca!

In 2001, the Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform (CCBR) was founded to expose the hidden injustice of abortion and create a public discussion concerning the rights and personhood of the pre-born. Through presentations and graphic image-based projects they are forcing the topic of abortion into the national consciousness, and their most recent project, The New Abortion Caravan is a bold manifestation of their efforts to do just that. The energy that exudes from CCBR is infectious and the pro-life movement in Canada is making enormous strides due to their bold vision and leadership.

That is why we’re extremely pleased to announce that CCBR has endorsed WeNeedaLAW.ca! The hard work and dedication of this group of young men and women is changing public opinion and now it’s time for public policy to reflect that change. Canada needs federal abortion legislation and as Jonathon Van Maren, CCBR’s Communications Director, recently wrote, “the pro-life movement needs a political victory”. With a concerted effort to educate and build support for legislative action we can do just that!
